Cultivation

A family farm since 1945, and prior to cannabis, it had been used for both ornamental flowers and hemp production. The facility is only 45 minutes from the Hepworth Pura facility where its output will be processed.

Pura took over the cannabis operations in Q2 of 2023 and has been actively updating its infrastructure and operational capabilities to produce high-end flowers.

The farm includes 190,000 SF of gutter-connected greenhouses and 110,000 SF of heated hoop houses. The gutter-connected houses, offices, and warehouses are heated by a 300-horsepower - 10,000,000 BTU biomass heating system.

Pura is locating its genetics at this facility and has been building a robust nursery operation. The site will have year-long cultivation capabilities and will provide valuable high-end flower inputs for internal brands along with our brand partners.
